Stroller Boot Camp
Team up with Coach Alexis Rougas-Ermilio of Adventure Boot Camp to take your workout and your baby, toddler or preschooler outside. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and shady trees of the West Boylston Rail Trail and get a full body workout. This hour long session will incorporate both upper and lower body exercises that will get your heart beating and muscles burning. Exercises may include resistance tubes, body weight training (you and your baby) and nature's own gym equipment! If you are a babywearer, bring a carrier so if your child prefers to be worn, you'll get an even better workout!
