Prenatal Yoga
Yoga helps get your body ready for birth, both physically and mentally. It also helps you explore poses to reduce common discomforts of pregnancy and learn how to ease tension and stress while connecting to your growing baby and changing body. And did you know your placenta works better when you exercise? You'll love this Hatha Yoga class and come away feeling great!
Bring a mat, a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. While it's best if you bring your own mat, we do have a few extras if you don't have one or if you forgot yours.
