Private Sessions with Lois Freedman, prenatal and postpartum counselor
Here at Mothers & Company, Lois Freedman offers private sessions to pregnant and postpartum women. It is her dream that every woman have a sacred space to discuss her life, explore her emotions and feel comforted during the journey to motherhood and throughout her life. During pregnancy and new motherhood, while feeling excited and joyful, some women also experience painful emotions.
Lois sees women for: loss, trauma, anxiety, miscarriage, traumatic birth experience, the loss of a loved one and VBAC preparation. Lois would be honored to help you in a way that is nurturing and meaningful to you.

Lois is offering a special introductory rate for new clients who are seen in MoCo's private consultation room of $75/hour (usually $90/hour). She is also happy to reduce her fee for those who are on MassHealth or in active duty military families.

Private Sessions with a Childbirth Educator
Wondering about a special situation? Interested in taking a private childbirth class or having a consultation with a childbirth educator to help you navigate through pregnancy and plan for your birth? Just don't have enough time to take a group class? On bedrest? Our childbirth educators (several of whom are also birth doulas) are available, by appointment, for private consultations and private classes, either here at Mothers & Company in a private space or at your home.
