Refresher Childbirth
Having another baby but interested in finding out what you can do to have a vastly different birth than last time? Or maybe you loved your birth experience last time and would like to just brush up on comfort techniques or another aspect of childbirth? We are happy to run this class if we have a minimum number of people who request it, or we can schedule a one-time private class for you. This class runs until 6:00 pm...then head out for a nice dinner date together while you still have a sitter! :)
If you are interested in a Vaginal Birth After Cesarean you are welcome to take this class, but please also inquire about our VBAC Preparation class or a private consultation with VBAC Educator Lois Freedman in our offices.
